Prenatal Care

Labor + Birth
Holistic support throughout your labor and delivery, including: prayer, comfort techniques, position changes, advocating for your preferences, making sure you are fed and hydrated, other environment changes, etc.
Photography: you will receive edited photos in a digital gallery.
Postpartum
After delivery, I will continue to be with you for up to 2 hours.
2 postpartum visits (24 hours and 1 week following birth). During this visit, we will chat about how you + baby are doing, your birth, and I will answer any questions you have about baby care, baby wearing, breastfeeding, etc.
Text support up to 6 weeks postpartum
My role as a doula is meant to be a support to you (as the mother) through your pregnancy, labor + delivery, and the transition into postpartum. It is my desire to be a blessing during this time, in any way I can!
Birth package - $1,250
Flexible payment plans are available. A discount is given to repeat clients.

Any and all births! If you are planning a birth center, home birth, hospital birth (with or without induction), cesarean, I am there to support you!
During our prenatal visits, we will discuss each option and come up with a plan that is right for you!

Doulas are more than just a presence at your birth. They bring resources, training, and experience to the room. There is much time spent behind the scenes to ensure you feel informed, safe, and confident going into your labor + birth experience. These experience and trainings move into the postpartum period as well.
You’ll receive personalized support during your labor + delivery. Starting at 37 weeks, I will be on call 24/7 regardless of any weather, personal commitments, or holidays.
I never want the reason you don’t have a doula to be due to financial reasons. If this is the case, please reach out and we may be able to work something out!

I service Pottawatomie county and the surrounding areas! This includes: McLoud, Shawnee, Tecumseh, Meeker, Choctaw, Midwest City, OKC, etc. If you are planning to give birth within these areas (or surrounding areas) please reach out for a free consultation.
